Shipping & Returns


All our jewelry comes packaged in pouches and/or gift boxes and securely  wrapped to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your jewelry is damaged in shipping please contact us via email and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. 


Usually, we have in stock the entire collection and the jewelry will be send after 2-5 business days from our office. In case that the jewelry is out of stock we will produce the jewelry especially for you and then it will take another week.  You will receive a email when the package is dispatched out of our office. 
All orders send by EMS (Express Mail Service) to the address that you specified in the order. The EMS delivery person will arrive to that address and you require signing for it. In case that no one home to sign the delivery person will leave a note with instructions on how to proceed.
The cost of the shipping is US$7 in orders less then US$50 and free of charge in orders above US$50. All shipment cost’s are specified in the order process. 


We are doing our best to achieve your satisfaction. In case that the jewelry isn’t meet your expectation from any reason and you wish to return the jewelry to us, you may do so within 14 days. Please, inform us via email, and send it to us by EMS or any another traceable delivery service. Please, make sure that the item in the same condition as we send it and isn’t damaged in any way.
