General
All our jewelry comes packaged in pouches and/or gift boxes and securely wrapped to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your jewelry is damaged in shipping please contact us via email and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund. Please review our Refund & Returns policy.
Delivery
Usually, we have in stock the entire collection and the jewelry will be send after 2-5 business days from our office. In case that the jewelry is out of stock we will produce the jewelry especially for you and then it will take another week. You will receive an email when the package is dispatched out of our office.
The shipping method may very depending on your address but all orders are shipped with tracking. We usually ship orders with EMS, Japan Post and UPS.
You are solely responsible for any customs fee and/or VAT that may be charged once the package arrives.

The cost of the shipping is US$15 in orders less then US$100 and free of charge in orders above US$100.
