shipping policies

$15 standard shipping / $40 express shipping.

We use EMS for our express shipments to most countries. For standard shipping we use registered air mail with a tracking number.

for express shipping time is 3-7 days to most locations .
for standard Transit time is 10-14 days to most locations and up to 4 weeks. We will ship your order within 7 business days from order placement, except made-to-order pieces which will take 21 business days to make

returns/exchangs

may return your item(s) by one of the 3 options down below.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be made within 14 business days from the delivery date.
• Returned items must be unused and complete.
• Customers will not be reimbursed for initial shipping charges.


We accept returns/exchanges within 14 business days of receipt of your package upon approval by AQUA SILVER . Item must be returned in its original packaging and condition via registered insured mail. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you must pay for the return shipping. We recommend that any return made to us will be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information.

In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back, we will not be able to refund you. Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. We only refund the credit card that was used to place the order.
